Whoa!! Typhoon Nuri is very strong!!! Right now it's at Signal #8!!
The HK conservatory is saying they might raise the Signal later this afternoon! :D This is a video I took from my 22nd floor home window. You can see the trees are swaying and not many cars on the street anymore.
