Read this piece of news in the paper today. I thought it's interesting that cheap bastard could think of such a thing to avoid paying his due to his victims.
I wonder if his relationship with his girlfriend/adopted daughter went sour, can he simply just 'un-adopt' her to salvage his assets? :D
And can you legally have sex with your adopted child? Wouldn't it be incest? Ewwww.

He's not actually avoiding anything. He's just dividing up the existing off-limits trust fund 3 ways instead of 2. Only people losing money are his kids.
